If you have recently purchased an item on Zatista that has not arrived, please first check the tracking number assigned to the item. All items sold through Zatista are shipped directly to you by the seller. We require all shipments to be trackable and insured. Your tracking number can be found in your Zatista Account. Simply log in, go to your purchases and click on the order. Once your artwork has been shipped, there will be a direct link to the shipper’s tracking website to check the status.
If your purchase does not yet have tracking information, the seller may still be in the process of packing and shipping the item. As soon as the item is shipped and the seller provides tracking information, it will be available in your Zatista Account.
In the event that the seller has failed to provide tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us for further information. Please send an email with the subject “Shipping Inquiry” and with following information to [email protected].
