Artist Statement:
My work explores color, light, and identity through the lens of Palm Springs pool culture. These images aren’t just about leisure—they’re about reflection, performance, and reinvention. I use photography and digital collage to stage moments where desert light meets mythic persona. Pools become mirrors, masks, and portals. The saturated palette isn’t nostalgic—it’s electric.
Education:
I have a Bachelor's degree in Theatre. I got tired of weeks of rehearsals and learning lines and sets and lights and then, just like that its over and gone. My photography is all of that work shot in an hour and recorded for eternity.

Artistic Influences:
David Hockney’s bold use of color and his iconic pool imagery have long inspired my work. His ability to turn water, light, and leisure into layered portraits of identity resonates deeply with my own practice in Palm Springs. Like Hockney, I treat the pool not just as a subject, but as a stage—where reflection, persona, and saturated light converge.
