Murray Taylor

Hello my name is Murray Taylor Artist. Art has been a passion of mine since pre school days and was recognized with artistic talent. In my intermediate school days again my talent was recognized with works of mine being displayed in the National School Journals and my passion grew.
Moving on over the years I have been the owner of two Galleries where I sold my works all around the world, finding a market before the internet.

I’m a self taught artist with a Diploma in Freelance Cartooning & Illustration from Australian College of Journalism.

The Impressionist, they have always inspired me and influenced my artistic talent and total enjoyment of being an artist. When visiting Galleries, it’s always Impressionist works that draw me. The placement of colors shades and shapes, suggesting a subject with no real definition, gives me great enjoyment.
In the late 1980s when displaying my art works in an art group open day. I had the privilege of meeting with a renowned British art critique. This mans comments and help was invaluable to me and shaped my art works from that time on. Enjoy...
