A recent article in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/19\/us\/hurricanes-irma-harvey-maria.html\">New York Times<\/a> cited\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wunderground.com\/about\/bhenson.asp\">Bob Henson<\/a>, a meteorologist for Weather Underground as saying,\u00a0\u201cThis season has been an overachiever by almost every index.
